Advice on wireless upgrade (unusual prices)

I am willing to do a wireless upgrade on my T40, and I need your advice. I am currently using an OEM 11 mbps card (after no1802) and would like to change it to a IBM Access Connections compatible card.

I know that this topic i discussed many times, but I would like ask you about Central European advice, as here prices are a bit different.

So, I can buy an OEM Intel 2200BG card for 60 USD which could work after the installer XML file hack.
Other solutions are from IBM: IBM abg MiniPCI for 160 USD and IBM abg miniPCI II (is it the new T43 Atheros 5004x version?) for 160 USD (I told you prices are crazy here).

What do you suggest? I read that Intel cards are not really realiable. Is it true even when I'm using the latest AC and IBM driver for them?
Or do you think is it better to buy it from USA (ebay or from Morrow) and post it in a letter? How much is the shipping that way?
