What parts does T40 have in common with T61?

Awhile back I purchased a T30 to use in tandem with my other T30. Instead, I received a T40 (2373-75U). Also, I own a T61.

What parts/accessories does this T40 have in common with a T61?

The 6-cell battery?

The Slim Ultray accessories (except that bezel is curved on T40 and flat on T61)?

Any others?


By any chance, will my 26R9063/42W4632 Advanced Mini-dock for my T61, work with my T40? My guess is no. The T40 uses the (unable to find FRU number) Original Mini-dock.

Is the original Mini-dock compatible with my T30?

What parts/accessories does this T40 have in commone with my T30?

I would guess that memory, PATA/IDE HD, and possibily the Mini-dock are the only parts shared between T30 and T40.

T40 <--> T61: only the Ultrabay device. No dock compatibility (T40=16V, T61=20V)
T30 <--> T40: RAM, hard drive, wifi card, charger. They should both work with that dock.
I have the Port Replicator II, (74P6733) which works with the A30, T30, T40, R40, R50, X30 Series.
