Has anyone booted a T43 into Windows off a USB flash drive?

Putting aside the question of why you would want to do this, has anyone successfully booted off a USB flash drive into Windows? I know the BIOS allows you to boot off the USB port but I didn't see any posts about this specific topic.

I've booted T42 and some later thinkpads into Linux, Windows, DOS, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, OpenSolaris and other operating systems from usb. Some required special handling, none were impossible except when the usb ports were damaged. Even some of those could boot from usb if forced to USB1.

Current versions of Windows should not be installed to USB hard disk drives because Windows does not support USB hard disk drives as the primary boot device.
Microsoft encourages the use of secondary media to start Windows on a machine with Windows already installed that is experiencing boot sequence failure.

I created a USB Windows Bootsequence Flashdrive sometime last year. I don't remember the details, but I think that I started with this...
