Motherboard swap - T41 to a T42

My T42 is freezing up and I'm probably in need of a mobo. I have an old T41. Can I swap this into the T42 or will in need to replace it with a T42 Mobo?

Details
T41 Mobo:
ATI M7-32, Gigabit Ethernet with security chip for T41 series FRU 93P3307
T42 Mobo:
ATI M7-32, Gigabit Ethernet with security chip for T42 series FRU 93P4156
