Help: 2200BG problem

Hi all
I'm a newbie here, and I've encountered a problem with my laptop. Yestoday i shutted down my laptop by just pressing the power botton for 5 seconds(A downloading program was running at that time), and now I can not connect to any wireless router, the IBM Access Connection said that DHCP server can not respond the request of obtaining an IP address from my laptop. OK, then I tried to use an other wireless card which is working well on other computers, and I got the same problem. So what should I do now? thank you very much, and sorry for my poor english.
