Wireless Mini PCI 802.11 for T40 2373-7CU

I have found that some years ago, a Thinkpad user had success installing a 39T0071 Wireless LAN Mini PCI 802.11 card on T40.

My T40 has never had a wireless card installed.

Can I assume the antenae are inside, or do I need to obtain and install these separately?

Antennae are in place - you just need the card and you can use *any* mini-PCI card that the T4x/R5x series originally shipped with...
