T43 getting very hot on games , fan won't turn faster ..why?

I played today "Colin McRae Rally 2005" thee game runs great on this laptop.
But i noticed that the laptop getting really hot on the bottom left. i mean , i cannot even hold my hand there for longer then 2 sec. and the fan didn't go to higher RPM. it's still on the same low constant RPM.
is this normal ?

Maybe HDD, can you check the temperature e.g. with speedfan ?
