My T43p shipped!

I couldn't sleep and decided to check some email. To my shock my T43p shipped even though only 2 days ago I was told it wouldn't ship until at least the end of May. I should have it in 2 days!

That's the shocking news!! I bet everyone is now looking at their order status

.... only to find out that his is still .... not shipped yet...

I bet the custom config would gonna take longer.

Anyway rocketman, would you please post the initial review after you've received t43p unit?

What is the model?

I'm returning the 2379DXU and thinking of getting the T43 series.
Any recommendation?

That's a good news!!

However, yours is 14.1" screen T43P. My order is for 15" screen T43P
from IBM EDU site, 14.1" screen has 15 days wait, while 15" screen has 40 days wait.

Anyway, it's still a good news, ha ha, that means they now have all the parts for T43P; e.g. V3200 graphic card. I hope my 15" T43P will be shipped out soon.

Looking forward to read your T43P review, rocketman.

Just check IBM EDU site again

Now, most of 14.1" T43P are instock or 10 days wait.
15" T43P are all now "30days" wait

I just looked up the tracking info on the UPS site to see where my T43p was, I'm supposed to get it tomorrow by 10:30AM, so this is what I see:
THE SCHEDULED FLIGHT WAS CANCELED AND CAUSED THIS DELAY DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND UPS CONTROL.
It's stuck in Incheon Korea
