What hard drive disks are compatible with a T43 thinkpad?

I would like to acquire a hard drive with up to 320 gb of space or higher but I am having a hard time finding a hdd that carries that amount of space for my T43 thinkpad laptop that has just been replaced with a new motherboard. Any suggestions?

The largest PATA/IDE laptop drive available is WD 320GB/5400rpm.

It will give you a "2010 error" on boot, which can be disregarded in my experience.

Or you can do a SATA-mod (see the link in my signature) and go higher than 320GB...
