Problems with my t 41p 2373

Hey everybody!
I need help.
I have big problems with my dvd/cd-rw drive. It hardly can read dvd´s.
What shall I do?

I also can´t burn with nero?
Why??

I´m looking forward for some help!!

First, make sure that your DVDs are clean and work in other DVD drives. Next, make sure that your DVD playback software is not messed up.

If you still can't read DVDs or play DVD movies, give IBM a call (1-800-IBM-SERV in the United States) and IBM will ship you a replacement.
