T21 and Bios password

Hello there,
I have a very awkward issue which is to overcome a Bios password which I do not remember at all.
Is there anyone who could help me out, in overcoming this issue.

If it's just the BIOS password the instructions for removing it are in the Hardware Maintenance Manual available for download form the IBM support site.

If it's the Supervisor or Hard Disk password you're screwed.
