t43 fan noise

hey there folks, i just got my new t43 26694Du 1.85G, 512M, 40G, X300, Wi-Fi, I like it but the annoying fan noise, it can be heard constantly until it's completely shut off!! i found it's a common problem for many t43's, and seems unfixable, does anyone have a quiet t43, I am curious.
