How do you remove the keyboard?

I see lots of posts talking about checking or changing the keyboard, but how does one actually remove the keyboard?

You shold also get the Hardware Maintainance Manual for your machine that you can download in pdf from IBM.

This will tell you how to take apart your computer even down to the size of the screws that they used.
