T40 battery theresold

can somebody help me, my T40 cannot use baterai theresold in battery maximiser gauge,
where can i download "power manager" can support theresold in my T40 ?

I'm not certain the T40 supports advanced battery thresholds, but I would think that it does, since my X40 from the same era does. I've just never had the occasion to try it on a T40.
Collection = T500 - R400 - X300 - X200 - T61 (14" WXGA+) - T61 (14.1" SXGA+) - T60 (15" SXGA+) - X40 - T43p - T43 - T42p - A30P - 600E

No, still have not theresold feature...:(
