on Ibm T43 is possible to use the processor Mobile Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor - M 2.20 GHz, 512K Cache, 400 MHz FSB. This is the link of Intel:

No.

T43 requires a Pentium M, not Pentium 4M.

You need one of the following, all of them are 533Mhz:

PM740/750/760/770/780

Tha fastest one you can have in there is Intel SL7VB which runs at 2.26 Ghz, and is known as PM 780.
