Will T43 motherboard fit into a T40?

Does anyone know if a T43 motherboard will fit into a T40 (as a direct replacement for the faulty T40 motherboard). As far as I know the main difference is that the T43 uses DDR2 memory insead of DDR.

Yes it will but you'll need a new CPU and fan.
