Can T40 use SSD Sata Half Slim with Ultrabay ?

Can somebody help me, can T40 use SSD Half Slim with 2nd hdd ultrabay caddi with OS Win.7 Prof,

If you properly insulate it (against the metal bottom of the HDD adapter), and get the proper Ultrabay HDD adapter (FRU 26R9246 or equiv), it should work with no issues, but the Ultrabay of any T6x or earlier is limited to PATA speeds.

TuuS used to have a number of these in like new condition for sale, but i believe he has run out. Others have them, check the marketplace. Beware of cheap fakes that have a poor fit.
