Will this CPU work in a T20 with a T22 Fan

That is a Tualitin P3 which is 133mhz bus speed for T23.
A T20 to T22 is 100mhz bus and that CPU would run it at 850mhz if at all.
You need to look for a 100mhz bus 1.0ghz P3.
