After a short forray into the t60 realm, I'm back with the t42. The t60 did have faster memory, but the hard drive speed was a bit slower than the t42.

For day to day surfing it didn't seem that much faster, and I have a lot more t42 parts and batteries than the t60.

Besides the t60 only had 64 mb of video memory. If it was the 256 I would have kept it for sure.

So back to the t42 untill I get a t60 with the 256mb vid memory. And even then only when SSD prices are more in my price range.

Till then, I'll be here for awhile.
