Please update your profile with your location.

It's difficult to answer these type of "best place" questions if we don't know if you're in Raleigh-Durham or Riyadh!

Check eBay for 33L3070, which is the IBM part number for the memory you're seeking.

I assume you need a 256mb module and not 2 x 128? I found one on ebay, it cost me $50 which seems to be the going rate. Ewiz.com also sells a new module for around $60 - you need the low density pc100 with 8 chips per side (not the cheaper 4 chips one). Be careful if you buy on ebay, sometimes sellers are very vague on the specs of the module they are selling, knowing full well older laptop users cant use the newer type of pc100.
T22, 512mb ram, 40Gb 5400rpm HD, Motorola b/g adapter.

crucial.com is pretty good because they have decent prices and a memory configurator to allow you to select your ThinkPad model and get the exact memory you need.

Otherwise, newegg.com is nice, but you have to just get the specs of the memory from somewhere and match it to what is for sale.
