The boards are not being sold to general public. You can not order 1, or 10, or10000.

You have to be on their list, wait and hope...

I was actually pretty close to getting my hands on one of these boards. I was for a long time in negotiations with Hope to sell me a board, and on several occasions he said the board was good to go, and that he was just looking into shipping options. But I never got a board, and finally stopped nagging him about it, so I have by now pretty much forgotten about it. The really nice T43P UXGA I bought as a base for the T50 board will probably get a SSD conversion instead.
