Problems with T42 Charger

A couple of days ago, we noticed that the receptor on the back of our T42 was kind of loose, and, as a result, the plug had to be angled in a bit in order to charge the battery. The problem got progressively worse until tonight, at which point it stopped being able to charge completely. We have two thinkpads, so we tried using the others' plug, and the problem is definitely with the receptor itself. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
