T43 - ATI X300 image delay in 3D

Hi!
I noticed that image has some delay while playing 3D games(CS 1.6, FlatOut 2, NFSU2), in some other games its ok. It looks like mouse/keyboard stuck. If I press a key - hear sound of this action immediately, but on screen this action appears in 0.5-2sec. FPS looks like 25-50.
I'm using latest ATI drivers from lenovo - 8.593.100.7000/XP. Tried previous driver - same.
Vsync off, set up perfomance mode in Catalyst. If changing performance mode to middle or battery optimized - delay increasing.
CPU and GPU temps not higher than 67C at full load.
Does anyone noticed such a bug?

That's not a bug, that's plain old-age (or rather being outdated).
The X300 only has 64MB videoRAM and was not exactly made for 3D

I think its not a problem, because FPS looks normal. Also these games works without such lags on crapy GMA950 - low FPS, but no delay

There must be some excessive buffering going on somewhere.
