T43 Battery Life

About to buy my new T43(so sexy) for college. Just wondering what kinda batterylife people have been getting on average. I read some reviews that said they got up to 7 hours (probably with the high capacity battery or something) and another review that said they got barely 4. Also, how much battery life does a 15'' eat vs the 14.1''. Thx.

The claim for 7 hours is bogus unless it is using at least the high-capacity battery and maybe also the ultrabay battery.

When i tested the T43 i wasnt impressed by the batterylife. It was somewhere between 3 and 4 hours. But it could be much worse.

I've heard of 3 to 4 hours with the standard battery on the 15" from a friend of mine. 5 or a little more with the extended battery. Don't know anything about the ultrabay battery and how much it adds.

Main problem is the Flexview screen, it eats power at large chunks

Get a non flexview screen and get up to 1+ hour extra time to play (in my experience)

I'm hoping brightness turned down on the flexview affords decent battery life.
