T23 and port replicator II

I couldn't secure properly my T23 with the port replicator II. I've made sure that my T23 sits properly on the PR II by 2 click sound. It couldn't boot up...and somehow like no power coming through the T23 but when I press harder on the upper left corner of my T23, I can power it on!!.
It seems that, there might be a loose connector on my T23....but I don't find any fault on both the connectors. My another thinkpad T22 sits perfectly and boot up perfectly.
Anyone here have this problem?
