Need my t43 to wakeup right after pluging power cable *PIC*

My t43 is the heart of the gaming machine you can see in the picture



i need the machine to be easy to use and to start up automatically after plugging the power cable. after switching the power off, t43 is running untill the battery has power, and turns into standby mode after. i want it to wakeup again after switching the power on without need to open the box and pressing the power button. is that possible to configure the power management?
