ThinkPad Protection/Support Pack

According to the above page, purchases after May 1 are done through Lenovo's program (not IBM).

My understanding is that to get a TPP plan, you also get one of the service packs for the same length of time.

Anyone know if service is going to be through the same people, and support lines? I hate to see support go the same way as their current ordering and shipping process.
