hdd light on all the time when using ide ssd

I buy a good IDE SSD Trancend 64 GB. I try it to my T43p.

I install windows with the original Recovery CD. All done well.

But, hdd light indicator ON all the time.

Is it normal?

If not, why and how to repair this?
