Does 14.1" ThinkPad T43 fit in 15" ThinkPad T42 chassis?
Does 14.1" ThinkPad T43 fit in 15" ThinkPad T42 chassis?
I want to put that T43 into a larger T42 chassis so that I can have another UXGA display, is that doable?

Yes.
You'll just have to move the PCMCIA cage from the T43 into the T42 shell as well, otherwise it's plug & play.

Well it is good to know that. I may start to do that if I have the budget for another UXGA display (and of course, I have to have a difficult time trying to find a working UXGA cable) , palm rest/frame with fingerprint cutout, and another Pentium M 2.26 to drive the system. I already have one T43 as listed below which had everything other than graphic chip fully upgraded (Of course you don't want to put a 2048x1536 display into that thing as it is already struggling with UXGA for smooth animation). Whenever someone sees me using that device with UXGA display and Win10 and fingerprint scanner, the one gets shocked.
