about replacing keyboard

#1 Post by mlli4 » Fri Jun 10, 2005 3:15 pm

I have a T42. Recently, I arranged IBM to send me a new keyboard since two keys on my old keyboard did not work. The new keyboard arrived quickly. In the box, I find a extra label. It looks like for prepaid shipping. Does that mean I need to call DHL (the new keyboard is shipped by DHL) to pick up my new keyboard and send it back to IBM? Anyone, who replaced keyboard or other part, can you tell me how you deal with the extra label if you had one. Thanks a lot.

when ibm sent me the new keyboard, it has no return label...so i can keep the old one....now i think you have to call ibm to see what you need to do with it

with the new levono thing, i guess you have to return it :D

When I got my replacement keyboard (a couple of months ago), no label was enclosed, and I have not heard from IBM (or Lenovo) about it.
