T43 graphics issued fix - Now optical drive...

Apparently I cannot access any files on my DVD RW. I attempt to see the files in my optical drive by double clicking the optical drive icon... And nothing happens! My Thinkpad just sits there.

Edit:Now works with CD-R. Not with DVD+RW I made earlier from the TP its self.
Re-Edit:Fixed by using safely removed hardware to eject drive, then reinsert.

dude try using the "search" feature of this forum, im sure for next couple of questions you may ask, answers will be already posted here... well since i kind of was in the same boat you were, still im a newbie... download your t43's manual and start readin also

ps:try this, second button over d: (optical drive drive letter), properties, DLA, disable DLA on your hard drives...and be paticient with your thinkpad honey!
