Hard Disk bay Vs Ultrabay disk caddy

#1 Post by karotlopj » Fri Jun 30, 2017 2:37 am

Is there a performance difference between running a disk in the normal disk bay and inserting it in an Ultrabay caddy?

They all use Pata drives even the T43 and from my experience there aren't performance differences. Although if you get a Pata to Sata caddy it will let you install a Sata drive which will be slightly quicker.
