ATI FireGL v3200 in what models is used

I,ve bought a Thinkpad t41 but with FireGL 3200 and 1.8Ghz CPU. Is this the original motherboard? Also does the GPU have a temperature sensor?

No, if the V3200 is indeed in there, that board came from a T43p which is the only ThinkPad that sported the aforementioned GPU. You effectively own a 14" T43p.
Also does the GPU have a temperature sensor?
