T40 crisis recovery not work?

Someone was able to successfully restore the bios to T40 (not on T43, on the T43 procedure works Ok)?
The method described in the manual does not work.
I made the LTP a boot-block, a crisis recovery disk, but the recovery process does not start.
The laptop is loaded in recovery mode (the screen does not light), reads the floppy disk for a couple of seconds and stops.
I tried different versions of the recovery disk, different versions of the BIOS, different combinations of buttons on the keyboard.
