T43p Fan noise ... advice is needed

Hello guys,

May be some of you do not care about the noise the fan in T43Ps produces, but I do, and it drives me really crazy.
The question I would like to ask is - does anyone have any expirience changing the cpu fan? Which one would you recommend?
I have found this link: www.arctic-cooling.com but I'm not sure they produce smth for notebooks though.
So, my plan is to use some super silent fan + artistic silver ceramique.
What do you guys think about it?

I think you will have trouble finding a fan to fit in your ThinkPad

Yea, not happening, just get an external notebook cool, like a passive one.
