how to install clearplate t42

Hi

So I bought the bluetooth card and the clearplate. I get how to install bluetooth. How do I install the clearplate? I don't hav to take apart my entire computer do I? if so it's going to be istting around used for a while :p

I believe I used a pin to pry up the corner of mine. It just has some mild adhesive holding it on.
