Complemntry mouse with trackpoint?

I found that the trackpoint isn't... The most friendly thing you can use in games... (With experances from friends and soemtimes in FPS games)
Now I'm planning to get a mouse than I kind of can unplug from my desktop and take with my T43. Anyone know anything good? Prefrebally trackballs that are thumb operated (They're VERY good actually)
Also - Anyone have experance with Logitech's new wireless trackball mouse? I have one of their older Trackman Marble+ (9 years old now or so) and I'm quite used to it.
