Docking Station

i have been informed that you can get a dicking station with a Pci slot on it and from there you can install a graphics card (SelectaDock III) however this is incompatible with a T23 so also if anyone can tell me what the name of another docking station with a Pci slot that is compatible with a T23 Thinkpad and where i can get one it would be appreciated..........Thank You
