Diode of power supply doesn't turn on, also no reaction after pressing power button.
Tested power supply, voltage is around 16v. (As I guess should be.)
After opening lid, I have two idea:
First is corrosion probably caused by bios battery.

Second are capacitors closest to power plug.
What do you think I also should check (and how)?

And by seeing the picture, I am pretty sure there is a capacitor over there on your top circle, similar to the one on the left beside it. The components in that area are essential to the computer getting power properly (realised that after one of the metal prongs on the palmrest accidentally folded down shorting the motherboard, turning the computer off every time I press on the palmrest, and that metal prong turned black by the time I noticed it a few hours later).
