T23 Memory Specifics

Just picked up a T23 to play with and found a 1.2 GHz CPU for £12($20) off eBay which I'm particularly happy about

Looking to stretch the RAM out to 1 Gig and have a question about specification. I understand I need PC133 modules of 144 Pin SODIMM but I was wondering if chip density was an issue or not.

On my old 600E it was essential to use low density (16 chip per module) ram as opposed to 8 chip per module ram. Does the same apply to the T23 (the 512 piece I already have is low density) or can I use any 512 piece at PC133 spec?
