ThinkPad 390x Start-Up Problem

Hello there!

Well, there is a problem. My ThinkPad works fine until now Now, when I power it up, I can see only black screen. I cant see even POST messages. Just black screen.

Before this problem, my laptop freezes after cca. 1 hour of activity. Also, before, BIOS says "ERROR CODE: 0188".

Can anyone help me and tell me how to fix this problem (I suppose there is a hardware problem)?
