Memory for T20?

#1 Post by Stormtrooper » Tue Jul 19, 2005 12:22 am

I've got a T20 2647-44U that I want to upgrade with some more RAM. I looked up compatible memory configurations on the IBM support site, but couldn't find details as to what types of RAM would fit. Would either of these two modules work?

Thanks.

No. You must use PC100 lo-density memory in the T20.

Search eBay for IBM part number 33L3070, you'll find them available for as little as $40.

Thanks for the reply. I nearly spent more for incompatible memory! :(
