manual fan control on t4x series?

hi, i have a t41p and am wondering if there are any programs out there that can let you manually adjust the fan settings? Ideally i would like to set it up to always on full when playing a game and on very low when in a quiet place

i know the dell's had a program that could do this, but my technical knowledge isnt good enough to write my own program!
