Does T43 consider itself docked when on port replicator II?

I was playing with presentation director, and set it to switch to a certain display scheme when docked; However, when I put my T43 onto the Port Replicator II, the scheme doesn't change. Does the replicator not count as a dock?

No, only with Mini-Dock and Dock II

Same things happens with my port replicator... presentation director works when docked (it automatically switches to the external display) but when I remove the laptop form the replicator, even when turned off, I have to open up the presentation director to revert back to the native display resolution.
