Hi Everyone
Going through everything last night and amongst all the T4x and T6x machines I've got
1 x T41p
3 x T42p
2 x T43p
2 x T60p (one 14", one 15")
1 x T61p
Then a bunch of other P machines like A and Z-series p machines.
I've also got a pile of T41,T42,T43 machines which i'm looking at selling.
They're all in really good condition, no degratation, hardly any mark or use. My question is, does anything think that the P machines will be held in high regard with collectors of the future, as the 'peak' of each T4x/6x machine? I remember these machines when they were new and all the people who 'knew' about laptops would see the P and be surprised at a relatively rare beast, wowed at the resolution and kudos was given. Is this me though?
Thanks!

Re: P machines as revered collectables?
I favor the 15" -p models since they generally had the highest resolution FlexViews.
They also had the most powerful graphics cards.
My last T42p with the FireGL T2 (128mb version of the infamous Radeon 9600) remained competitive for low-spec gaming up until I stopped using it in 2015.
The contemporary P-series are worthy successors to the name. My P71 does everything I've ever wanted.

Re: P machines as revered collectables?
No it's not (just you). Systems with a "p" designation - going back to A20p - were always considered to be the "top shelf" offerings.
Now, how collectible will they be in the future is not something I can predict. "End of era" units such as A31p, T43p and T60p may become interesting in the near future. Or they may not...
It's great to see that someone still maintains an interest in these behemoths... ...keep it up.
