Shutdown When Close Lid?

My old T40 had an option for "shutdown" when you closed the lid - but my T42 does not. any ideas???
T42 - 1.7GHz - 1GB - 60GB 72k - 1400x1050 - 14.1" - 32MB Radeon - DVD Burn - G/B/Blue/Finger.

If you're running XP...

Display properties (right-click on desktop)
Screensaver tab
Power button
Advanced tab
and there you are!

nope.

It only gives me the following options:
  • Do Nothing
    Stand By
    Hibernate
I'm guessing it's a registry setting.

May be in the BIOS?
-T42p 2374-D03 with Pentium M 765 2.1GHz, 1.5GB RAM, 7k60 HDD, IBM 802.11 a/b/g II wireless, 6-cell battery, and no touchpad
-X61 Tablet 7764-CTO with 3GB RAM and 7k200 HDD
-W500 4061-CTO all stock
