T43 power supply questions?

Hi folks. just a few questions regarding the power supply:

If I do a parts lookup, the power supply that came with my T43 is described as follows:

MFG part #92P1024

FRU # 92P1025

Description: FRU 72W SLIM AC ADAPTER (ROHS) - SANKEN,

What in the world does ("ROHS) - SANKEN" mean anyway?

I want to buy a second supply for my TP. I tried looking for this one on Ebay but doing a search for the part numbers yielded nothing. So what part #s should I be trying to find?
Are there certain units that are prefered over others? A friend told me that there are smaller ones that will work with the T43. Is this true and if so, does anyone have the part #s?
