Keyboards are a very personal thing. What do you value in a keyboard? Key feel? "Multimedia" keys? Portability?
Mice too, of course.
I like the IOGear BT micro mouse for portability.
I have a huge 1st generation Microsoft BT mouse and it's aweful -- no way tot turn it off, long sleep times, poor battery life..
If this is for a desktop/docked scenario, you may be best off with a NON bluetooth mouse -- get a traditional desktop wireless mouse and leave it docked out of the way. Longer battery life, better responsiveness, fewer hassles.

The Kensington Pilot Mouse BT is quite good, its a bit on the small side but very useable and makes it very portable. Battery life seems good, I've been using for over a month and its still going fine (I use it a lot). Its got an on off switch which is nice for travel, and it sleeps to save battery (just click the button to wake it up). All in all I am really satisfied (although it was a bit pricey). The model number I have is 72414, there is I think a newer redesign which i can't vouch for. Oh and by the way this works great with the widcomm stack, I haven't used the microsoft one.

I don't have any specific recommendations, but when you find a bluetooth keyboard and mouse that looks promising, you can check others opinions on it. Check out cnet.com epinions.com pricegrabber.com & amazon.com for reviews, user opinions, and prices. Of course, there are other sites out there as well.
