Lenovo Order Delay Notice?

Anyone get an email like this?
Order on a T43 2687DSU (7/01)

Subject Line: Your Lenovo order XXXXXX has been delayed.

Dear ERIC

We apologize, but shipment of one or more items in your Lenovo order XXXXXX, has been delayed. We now estimate that all items in your order will be shipped by 08/02/05.

You may check your order status at any time by visiting:
etc etc...

The status page has been showing a ship date of 8/16, then it switched to call a couple days ago, and now I got this email. Should I believe it? or is it just their computer spitting out useless crap?

I got one today (7/29) too. The email said the new estimate ship date is 7/28. Thats yesterday!! They should be embarrassed by sending out emails like that. The status on web still says 8/23. Even the rep doesn't know when it'd be shipped.
