Is there anyway to swap out the LCD Samsung to Hydis?

Hi All,

Is there anyway to swap out the LCD on the T43P (2668-G5U) from a Samsung to a Hydis?

I have two T43P. G6U and G5U.

The G6U has the Samsung and the G5U has the Hydis. The Hydis is definitely a brighter screen.

If I can replace the LCD then I'm keeping the G5U but if not I'm leaning towards keeping the G6U.

If you the LCD can be swapped out then is it a simple process ? I'd like to do it within my 30 day period?

It's not a difficult process, but you have to know what you're doing. I accidentally ruined a couple of displays by doing it too quickly...

IBM might check if it's the same screen though...I'm not too sure about their procedures.
